Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after processing hours may be handled the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Redline Coffee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Redline Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Redline Coffee is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but lost or stolen thereafter. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

support@redlinecoffeechi.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the claim and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
